What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of over 100 cannabinoids found naturally occurring from the Hemp plant. Often mixed together, the Hemp plant is closely related to the Marijuana plant. Unlike the Marijuana plant, Hemp contains very low amounts of THC – the thing that gets you ‘high’.

CBD derived from the Hemp plant is legal in the UK, the extract or oil can be can be used to supplement the cannabinoids that our body produces naturally.

What does 'full spectrum' mean?

When a CBD product is ‘full spectrum’ it means that a whole host of cannabinoids are present.

Whilst CBD on its own has its benefits, the presence of all cannabinoids within the full spectrum product ensures optimum effect.

How do I take CBD?

We offer CBD as an oil which can be taken orally, held under the tongue for 40-60 seconds before swallowing.

Dosage: For adults the maximum daily dose is 200mg.

Is CBD legal?

CBD is legal in the UK as long as it contains less than 0.2% of THC.

Is it safe to take CBD?

Yes, CBD is non-psychoactive, you will not feel any immediate effect from it and its benefits have been realised as a natural remedy for decades.

Will CBD show up on a drugs test?

No, most drug tests will test for THC which is known to get you ‘high’.
